Our longstanding benefits continue to evolve to support work-life balance, which includes 8 weeks of paid maternity leave, an onsite daycare facility at our headquarters and other amenities to manage the stresses of everyday life from hair salons and dry-cleaning services to fitness centers and a fresh flower market.

We promote and cultivate strong female leadership across our organization from our Associates to our management team and Board of Directors.

We provide avenues for advancement and career growth through our online FASUniversity. We pride ourselves on our promote-from-within culture. And, we are committed to gender pay parity.  

As part of our community engagements, we team up with organizations and launch campaigns celebrating women’s empowerment. In 2022, we launched #inherjeans denim campaign featuring our own Associates as models. For International Women’s Day, our #EMPOWHER social media campaign for our Let’s EMPOWHER EACH OTHER sweepstakes profiled customer stories on inspirational women in their lives.

INCLUSION and DIVERSITY

We strive to weave the power of inclusive and diverse viewpoints into the fabric of our Company culture and actions, every day. 

We aspire to create spaces that honor, respect and celebrate our differences. We recognize and value diversity and the importance of bringing people with different and unique backgrounds, life experiences and viewpoints together. By focusing on inclusive collaboration, not only within our organization, but through our product designs, we are advancing our values of  CUSTOMER centricity, continuously IMPROVE, be INSPIRED and INSPIRE others, be ACCOUNTABLE and have a Passion for FASHION  

All of this serves to benefit our business, our communities and society as a whole. 

Our designs are made to represent women in all their different shapes and sizes. 

We have selections proportional for all body types. Our unique sizing charts, Yes, We Have Your Size!, provide the range of measurements that make our customers feel comfortable and confident. We have also introduced new products that embrace our individuality.  

We aim to elevate the diversity of our customers and inspire them to envision themselves in our brands. Across the marketing campaigns for our brands, we are including models of different ages, races, ethnicities, shapes and sizes. We want to celebrate women from all backgrounds and cultures and honor the beauty among us all. 

Our inclusion and diversity journey is one of self-reflection. We are committed to fostering a work environment that celebrates each other for who we are, values each of our unique experiences, perspectives and backgrounds, and encourages us to raise our voices and be our true selves.

In 2020, we launched our Associate-led Inclusion & Diversity Council.  

With a focus on Attraction & Retention, Education & Training, and Customer Focus, we are advancing initiatives that expand our sense of belonging and recognize our diversity.  

We inspire and engage one another through the celebration of I&D heritage months, including Asian American Pacific Islander Month, Black History Month, National Hispanic Heritage Month, Pride Month and more.  

We hold trainings to raise awareness of unconscious bias, racial equity and the impact of inclusion. We are improving our self-identification efforts to include ethnicity and military status. We also provide avenues for engagement through our social groups organized around our common interests and shared values.
